Standards We Expect from Our Community

- All parties must deliver what was promised within the agreed-upon timeframe
- Users must not use fake accounts or engage in coordinated manipulation
Respectful Communication
- All traders must communicate respectfully in the Order Chat
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language is prohibited
- Users must not attempt to conduct trades outside of PeerLoot to avoid our protections
Compliance with Game Terms
- We acknowledge that real-world trading (RWT) exists in a legal gray area for many games
- Users accept full responsibility for any account bans or penalties from game developers
- PeerLoot does not encourage or guarantee protection against game publisher actions
- Sellers must not knowingly sell items or accounts obtained through hacking or unauthorized access
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on PeerLoot:
- Fraud – Misrepresenting items, accounts, or currency
- Theft – Selling stolen accounts or illegally obtained items
- Money Laundering – Using PeerLoot to launder funds or obscure transaction origins
- Blackmail – Threatening negative feedback or false disputes unless paid extra
- Account Farming – Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reputation or artificially inflate trading volume
- Collusion – Coordinating with other users to manipulate prices or harm competitors
- Harassment – Threatening, insulting, or abusing other traders
How We Enforce Our Ethics Policy
Investigation & Review
When we receive reports of unethical behavior, we conduct thorough investigations using:
- Order Chat logs and transaction history
- Evidence provided by the reporting user
- Pattern analysis to identify coordinated fraud
- Third-party verification when necessary
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity, violations may result in:
- Warning – First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension – Repeated violations or serious misconduct
- Permanent Ban – Severe fraud, money laundering, or repeated harassment
- Refunds & Reversals – Victims of fraud receive full compensation
User Appeals
