Account Suspension Policy

To maintain a safe and fair marketplace, PeerLoot enforces its Terms of Service and Marketplace Rules. If you break these rules, your account may be suspended either temporarily or permanently.

What Happens When Your Account is Suspended? #

While your account is suspended, your access will be limited.

  • You CAN:
    • Access your existing orders to complete any ongoing trades.
    • Use the Order Chat to communicate about active trades.
  • You CANNOT:
    • Create new listings.
    • Accept any listings from other users.
    • Deposit funds into your wallet.
    • Withdraw funds from your wallet.

Reasons for Suspension #

  • Zero-Tolerance for Scams and Fraud: PeerLoot has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of fraud, scamming, or attempting to reclaim a sold account. Any user involved in such activities will be banned permanently with no exceptions.
  • Other Offenses: Other rule violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the offense, the penalty can range from a short-term suspension to a permanent ban.

Access to Your Funds While Suspended #

Suspended users who have a balance in their PeerLoot wallet can still receive their funds.

  • If your account is suspended for a non-fraudulent reason, you can contact our support team to arrange a withdrawal of your available balance.
  • In cases where a user is suspended for fraud, we reserve the right to hold the funds for a period of up to 30 days to ensure any affected users can be properly reimbursed. After this period, any remaining balance can be withdrawn.
