Every trader has a public profile, so you can see who you’re dealing with before you trade.
What every profile shows
- Total trades: how experienced a trader is.
- Completion rate: the share of trades that finished successfully.
- Average delivery time: how fast a seller delivers.
- Average release time: how fast a buyer confirms, which matters for your cash flow.
- Overall rating: feedback left by trading partners after each trade.
- 30-day and lifetime stats: recent form next to long-term history.
Marketplace rules
- Creating ads is invite-only while we launch. Taking ads is open to everyone.
- Makers need at least an 80% completion rate to create ads.
- Traders with 5 or more open disputes can’t create ads until they’re resolved.
- You can still take other traders’ ads to rebuild your record.
- Both sides rate each other after every trade.
- Scamming means a permanent ban.
